This place was incredible. Absolutely amazing. The facilities were firstly incredible. You could use the kitchen and they had free tea and coffee. The views are unbelievable and the owner and staff are so kind and lovely. You feel so safe there. We didn't leave the place for 2 days it was that nice.

Our stay at the Tea Hills Bungalow was amazing and definitely 10/10. The rooms are clean, the food is very good and the views are great. This is the place to stay in Hatton! Uncle and Asmita are very kind, and helped us with all our plans during our stay. Luxman is both a great driver and chef. Thank you for having us!

The property is a beautiful house situated in the hills surrounded by tea estates. Ruben and Desmond made us feel at home. Nothing was too difficult for them. We received excellent service with a smile. They were generous with their time and information. They were well informed of all the activities and everything was planned in great detail. The home always very clean and tidy. The chef provided excellent food. Made some excellent meals for us. We want to thank the team at Royal Majesty for their generosity.

What a location! Al the elegance and charm of a Colonial bungalow sat at the heart of a function tea plantation! The Bungalow was a little slice of heaven and the team running it could not have done more to make me feel welcome and see to my every need. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The view is gorgeous up there! The room with the balcony is amazing. It’s really clean and the man working there makes sure you have a comfortable stay. You shouldn’t mind walking a steep path for around 10min to get to the house.

Gorgeous historic bungalow. Surprisingly comfortable, with access to a large hotel complex. There was also a wonderful restaurant there to overlook the valley.
