Located in Muang Không in the Champasak region, Vera Sunset homestay local experience with lao family has a garden. The homestay features family rooms. We were there for 2 weeks and loved it. It was a very nice family hosting. They involved us in activities like cooking classes. Friendly kids came over every day to play soccer and volleyball with us. We harvested delicious peanuts with the locals. We biked around the island and went to the beautiful Buffalo Beach. We watched amazing sunsets every night. Stay here if you're ready to live like a local!

Friendly owner who is renting decent bikes, does laundry and even has a water refill station for some Kip. The location was nice and the hammocks were a great addition to the riverside vibe.

Located in Muang Không, souksanh River Bungalow has a bar. This apartment features a garden and free private parking. Location is a stunner. Right on the river, perfect for a relaxing time on Don Kong/Det. Staff were very lovely and have bicycles to rent for cheap which is the perfect way to get around. It was crazy hot when we stayed and the fan didn’t quite cut the mustard, can’t blame them for that though. I would say the bathrooms are basic and can get a little dirty after a few days. This is absolutely passable for the price you pay however!

Located in Ban Donsôm Tai in the Champasak region, Kulap Kao Bungalow features a balcony and river views. The place is really peaceful and calm, really good food too with a greatful view next the mekong! I really recommand !
