Room is excellent, right spacious, superclean with warm blankets (can be usefull in region). Great view from patio. Location is nearby the lake, but still not far from the city. For us pleasant stay, highly recomended!

The host is charming the rooms bed and facilities are by far the best equivalent to uk 5 star it cannot be faulted. The view is to die for the food we had dinner & breakfast was outstanding 10 out of 10 for everything . I would 100% recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed.

O Royal Majesty Bungalow apresenta acomodações em Norwood. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar do restaurante no local. Meals were excellent. They have a great chef for Indian and Sri Lankan cooking. We decided to eat all our meals in the bungalow for the great local cooking rather than go into nearby towns for probably disappointing meals. The service was great and Murali, the manager on site, has lovely energy and was always ready to help, give suggestions, and share information. We enjoyed taking short trips and also walking on the tea estate trails. We felt very safe throughout the time. You have to love old-fashioned charm like we do. Don't expect modern boutique facilities! We hope they don't try to modernize because otherwise they will lose the charm. It's all just right, and we would definitely go there again.

Although it’s a bit of a drive from Nuwara Eliya, the bungalow offers a peaceful retreat where you can wake up to the sound of birdsong. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for being so lovely to our little daughter 😊 If you’re someone who enjoys places with history and charm, the Scottish Planter is a fantastic choice!

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into an old movie full of authenticity and elegance. The atmosphere was both luxurious and comfortable, with quick and friendly service all around. We were a group of different ages, even with teenagers, and everyone loved it—some of us didn’t even want to leave the hotel! I stayed at the Owner’s Cottage, and the room, the view, and all the details were simply amazing. The manager, Mr. Krishantha, was extremely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our stay included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, so we barely had to spend anything extra. All of the staff were more than wonderful. This will definitely not be our last visit!

Ideal for a group of about 10/12. Brockenhurst is located centrally in a quiet corner and all attractions are within minutes reach.
