The main advantage is the terrace, waaaw it overlooks tea plantations and a forest and you can enjoy charming sunrises from the terrace with a cup of Sri Lankan tea. We met the host on our last day and he was very polite and warm, he offered us a ride to the station, thank you again Stutti :) The rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean and the kitchen has all what we needed. You can walk to the train station and also to the bus stand if you wanna go to Adam's peak I highly recommend

The location, right in the middle of a tea plantation, and the beautiful British-style house surrounded by gardens make you feel part of Nuwara Eliya’s history. Our room was huge, with the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely attentive and professional and the food was simply outstanding.They even arranged a walk for us to Lovers Leap waterfall, which is easily accessible from the hotel and was a perfect experience. A truly authentic stay in “Little England”. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a genuine atmosphere.

The room was comfy. Even though Nuwara Eliya was cold and raining, I got 2 blankets to use. While I arrived, they provided welcoming hot tea. And the breakfast the next day was really good with various options. And the host even waited with me for the bus going to the train station. The location is between the post office and the lake Gregory, which were within walking distance for 30 mins to each of them. It was a good stop in the town.

Our hosts, Ruban and Murali, were fantastic - attentive, and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the Pekoe Trail and gave us good advice for our walk.

The blend of historic elegance with modern comfort made our stay unique and memorable. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a high level of comfort. The views from the property were stunning, especially in the early mornings and evenings. A real standout was the food—easily five-star hotel quality, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. The highlight of our mornings was enjoying breakfast on the veranda, overlooking the serene tea plantation. A truly special experience. We were also very impressed with the service, especially from the manager, Manusanka. He was incredibly helpful, even contacting us before our arrival to offer assistance with transport from the railway station. Throughout our journey, he kept in touch to ensure everything went smoothly and that we were comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the charm of colonial-era Sri Lanka with the comfort of modern hospitality. This place offers a perfect blend of history, tranquility, and top-tier service.
