Room was nice, clean, and fully equipped. The manager received us extremely nicely, and helped us with tours and all information about Cat Ba island. Breakfast was large spread, and food was good too. It is a beach facing property located a few meters walking distance from the Cat Ba main market, so you get the quiet part of the town with a view. The beach view is obstructed by construction all over the place but it is not in control of the property. Cat Co 3 beach is gorgeous and is stone throw's away.
