The host was really accommodating and helped me book multiple trips while staying there. They have scooter rentals, and boat tours out of the hotel. They upgraded my room for me to have a view which was really kind. Included breakfast was great.

Everything is excellent!! the place is a paradise, with the beach nearby and the town center within walking distance. The bungalow is beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. The restaurant serves the best food we tried in Cat Ba, and the breakfasts are delicious. Everything is incredibly clean, and I have to give a special mention to the entire staff: they are amazingly kind and took care of us at all times. One day I caught a cold and they brought me a ginger and honey tea to help me feel better. They always welcomed us with a smile and asked how everything was. This place is a true luxury. Staying here feels like being part of a family. I totally recommend it. As for the construction work, you don’t hear much, but if you’re a light sleeper, with earplugs you won’t hear a thing. It worth to stay even if there is construction work. I stayed here for 6 days, we even extended our stay because we were so happy with everything.
