It was a beautiful site, just what we needed after a long stay in Tokyo. The rooms are beautiful, the attention to detail is great and there's pizza place nearby and the sparklers were a must. The extra blankets were needed even in the thick of summer.

Writing reviews isn't typically my thing but I must talk about the amazing customer service we received that saved us 44k yen. I'm not usually a travel planner, so not renting a car for this trip was definitely my mistake. However, the staff member (whose name I regret not asking) was very helpful. He assisted with taxi bookings and recommended places that met our needs. To illustrate, I must mention that I had tickets for a 10:20 a.m. express shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station on my way out, so timely arrival was crucial. Usually, the taxis would arrive within 30 minutes of the call. So naturally, I expected things would go smoothly that morning. But after struggling to find a taxi for a while, the staff spontaneously drove home and returned with probably his own pick-up truck to transport our family of four, along with our five suitcases, and drove us 25 minutes to the station. If it weren't for him, we would have spent a lot to rebook Shinkansen that afternoon.

We instantly regretted booking this glamping spot for only one night — it was that good. The tent was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need, including a fully equipped kitchen and even a grill you can reserve on the same day. The location is fantastic — just a 10-minute walk from a large shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff: super friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage after checkout and even gave us a ride to Kawaguchiko Station when we couldn’t get a taxi. An absolute gem — we can’t recommend it enough!

A great and unique experience during our Japan trip. Shinji-san and his staff were magnificent, picking us up and dropping us off, carting our luggage in the rain, and attending to any of our needs. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable, the view was amazing despite the bad weather and we had a great view of Fujisan while we sat on the deck and cooked our BBQ and drank cold beer. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back again.

One of the most amazing places I've ever stayed! The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. THE VIEW from the tent was like a postcard. Terrace was also very nice. Easy walk from the train station.

This place was excellent! We could see Mt. Fuji from inside our pod (no. 4) on our second morning as it was super clear. The pod was really comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The toilets and showers were accessible and clean. Parking was convenient. We ordered the bbq meat set and it was absolutely delicious! We had a really good couple of days in the mountains before heading off to Tokyo!
