Fantastic staff - very well taken care by the team. Special thanks to Jackson who was extremely helpful and kind. Camps is also perfectly located and offers nice food - especially dinner and breakfast. Take away lunches could be improved perhaps. Clean facilities and room.

    We were here with the family and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was the first time we lodged in such luxury tents (we had 2) and the lodges were very spacious, very comfortable. The terrasse was also very enjoyable. and the whole location very peaceful. The staff was nice and very helpful. The food was delicious and of the level of a 3 star restaurant.

    The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Everything was well organised and we felt very welcome. Anthony always provided us a full package of service. The stay was extraordinary and we collected memories that will last forever. The game drive and the walking safari we booked over the camps platform was also a unique experience. If we ever come back to the Serengeti we’ll definitely stay here again!

    Staff members were extremely attentive all around and displayed genuine passion in making us feel welcome at the property all the time. The meal options were delicious all around and proved to be phenomenal value for money. A lot of the materials are sourced from Switzerland and it shows in the high quality finishings added to small items other properties would likely skimp on (e.g. cutlery, dishes, sinks, toiletries, etc.) Very modern interior design in the tents and comfortable beds.
