Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Clean room. Comfortable stay. Public transport in front of hotel. Air conditioning was a life saver. Hot shower.

The hosts were an incredibly friendly family. We spent a week in the coziest corner of Austria, with unforgettable sunsets and views from the window. Upon arrival, we were given tourist discount cards, which was a nice bonus. The accommodation is fully equipped for a long stay, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, with plenty of dishes for a family of four.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and enjoyed every moment. In reality the apartment looks more beautiful than the pictures, every room has a beautiful view. It is comfortable, big and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern equipment. There are mosquito nets on the windows. The hostess is nice and kind when we asked for things she brought us and advised on trips in the area. We highly recommend the place

Wonderful place, with amazing view, delicious food in restaurant and perfect breakfast. Not far from Salzburg and all famous places. The room was without balcony, but we asked to change, we paid extra for it, but it was best decision.To sit at balcony when is sunset was really lovely:)

The view is amazing! Depending on the room you have you could have a terrace facing the hills, lands, sunrise..best view ever. If you're on the other side, it is very similar, but you also get to look at the alpacas, donkeys and other animals. Instead of sunrise, you'll see the sunset.

We’ve stayed in this complex before. It’s 10-15 min walk to Zell am See ski lifts, about 40 min by bus to Kaprun glacier and 5 min to the wonderful lake. Snow capped mountains or lake can be seen from every room. Nice big verandah also.

Location is great. Walking distance from the station and to the old town. Next to the river. Rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. Great hot shower with good water pressure.

Property location is perfect, I had views over Mirabell Palace which was perfect for sunrise and sunset shots. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff were especially friendly and helpful especially Sima (?) in the breakfast room - what a standout employee!
