It is easily accesable place, not too far from the center, is in the quite district. The appartment has a nice veranda and high ceiling. All faciliyies are there.

Great location next to the Naschtmarkt. Beautiful old building, nice to wake up when the birds are singing. Neubau shopping street is on walking distance - I wish we had discovered that on the beginning of our trip. Hot shower👍🏻.

I didn’t eat breakfast. Location is perfect for walking the city and train station/ public transport if you need it. Check in and out was very easy and quick. Room was fine but maybe a bit small had there been two adults in there. Kitchen facilities adequate microwave, kettle, fridge etc. Bathroom was fine with nice hot shower. Good wifi and reasonable selection of channels. Good supermarket BILLA a few minutes walk from hotel

The 7th floor is such a clever set-up, mixing up a lobby, a restaurant, and a workspace. All to create a lively and inspiring environment. And the veranda is unheard of, not least in sunny weather. I also loved the facilities on -1, where a guest can store his/her luggage before check-in, and after check-out, and even shower!

It was very welcoming, clean and in a central location near the Museum Quarter. Deserts in the restaurant were delicious and breakfast had a great selection. Helpful and efficient staff made our stay easy and relaxed.
