It is clean, pleasant and does what it claims to be - a serviced apartment with a clean room, hot shower and bed.

Location, views, facilities - all just perfect! I felt like I was in a nest above Melbourne - great views of the sunrises and sunsets, and so close to transport options, shops, etc. Will be back ;-)

Convenient location to southern cross station and going out in CBD. Close to flagstaff gardens. Consistently hot shower.

The accomodation was perfect for our short stay and there are plenty of restaurants and food nearby. Location was excellent and room was very very quiet, except for the early morning pigeon chorus on the verandah outside the room. Reviews mentioned free parking but upon further enquiry this was not the case and a spot could not be guaranteed when we were turning up at 6pm so as we needed a car for work, we chose to find parking elsewhere.

The view over the docks was awesome. Loved the veranda to go outside and watch the sunrise/sunset. Really beautiful! The apartment was clean, had enough kitchen utensils and the beds were comfy.
