The hotel room was beautifully clean and well presented. As it was our anniversary, the team thoughtfully prepared gifts and champagne for us, which we truly appreciated. I was very impressed by this lovely gesture. The room was well equipped with forks, spoons, and plates, etc. The hotel’s location at the hot springs is wonderful, with direct access available. I also enjoyed that the room includes bathing at the Dreaming Centre. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. The hotel manager at reception, Amanda, was highly professional and experienced, particularly in assisting us with our invoice. I sincerely appreciate the details and care they put into preparing the anniversary gifts and drinks in our room. Thank you so much. I will definitely return again.
