Brilliant location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach (did have to cross a busy main road) with a cafe conveniently located at the end of the street. Great base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula. Unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, including a bottle of sparkling water, tea, coffee, etc. to get us started. My daughter loved the boardgames and the hammock in the backyard!

We had the most wonderful stay with our friends visiting from the UK and their baby. Sam went above and beyond with nice touches, including sending thorough instructions and setting up a baby bed and bath. Somehow, the images don’t do the property justice. It was even more beautiful in real life and the nature and wildlife is beautiful. The house has everything you need and is such a great location. Highly recommend for those visiting or just need a relaxing weekend away all year round!
