Staying in this hotel unexpectedly became the highlight of the trip to Switzerland. The view from the room was stunning - from sunrise to sunset, it has the best view in Zermatt. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. We also like the cool entrance to the hotel. It was a superb experience staying there.

The standard of the room was high and immaculate. With a large veranda facing the other building and parking. What we didn't know was that the hotel had its own beer and brewery. Not a downer that either!

Modern and clean, with very good amenities, sauna included. The staff were all pleasant and readily available. Near Murini viewpoint which I think is the best spot to watch Matterhorn and Zermatt town in sunset

Location is very good, easily accessible by bus 122, mountain view is amazing, the yard with sun chairs and hammocks is so cosy and sunny. Breakfast is very good, though coffee is not, regardless of the wall poster said "my coffee is strong, so I am". Staff is very friendly and helpful.

location was superb. Friendly and helpful staff. Staying the night was truly worth being a little disappointed with the room, as we could do the spectacular First Walk at sunset and dawn with virtually no other tourists around.

I traveled frequently. What I want are clean room, nice hot shower, comfortable bed and affordable price. This hotel offers all. Plus, the hotel also have supper friendly and knowledgeable staffs, great balcony views, centrally located, especially the thermal spa just at door steps; and good restaurant you can order the delicious food at any time.

Second time here. Great location. Gym and sauna. Clean and spacious rooms. Minibar contents free. Aircon.
