The view from both the room and the terrace was spectacular! The interior of the hotel was stylish. The staff were friendly and despite the global wifi meltdown checked us in efficiently. It's an amazing spot to watch the sunset and view over the city, beach and mountains. We were fortunate to catch a local festival.

The Hotel Colonial de Santillana del Mar is in a great location, walking distance to the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful in carrying bags to our rooms. The room was spacious, bed comfy and great to have an overhead fan for the heat. We sat outside at sunset and had drinks. Breakfast was great. Thanks.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and beautifully positioned right in the middle of the lovely town of Potes. There was a little verandah outside the bedrooms overlooking the square and the church, which was a lovely place to have a beer and watch passers by.

Stunning building in a great location for bars, restaurants and the quayside. We had the Atlántica room with the map on the wall. Very pretty and beautifully clean. This room had its own little summer room and access to a verandah. It was beautiful. The staff were helpful and we left our bags at the beginning and end of our stay.

I absolutely loved the location, it was great to spend hours on the beach, exploring the rocks and taking photos. It was deserted most of the time. My room had a balcony & sea view which was fantastic especially when the rain arrived. The room had a kettle for tea/coffee and a small fridge.

The apartment has a nice living room with large table, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and spacious sunny deck. Good water pressure for hot showers. The large public parking lot was free during our stay. Reasonably quiet. About 8 minute walk to old town.

We had a very good stay here. the location is amazing, it the heart of the city. The pool area is gorgeous, they have very nice sun beds and umbrellas. The apartment was very spacious, our bedroom had a wonderfully high ceiling (with roof windows - lots of light in the morning, sleep mask might be useful if you want to sleep in). Comfortable bed, good bedding, nice towels. There was a washing machine (it looked old and complicated, we didn’t use it).
