With free WiFi, this luxury tent provides a satellite flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. Towels and bed linen are provided in the luxury tent. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Quiet place, with a good outdoor area and beds more confrontable than most of the hotels we've slept in in the past. Our son also enjoyed the experience of sleeping in a bus and having a playground outside for him to play. Dogs are allowed and also enjoy having access to the outdoor area.

Air conditioning worked great. With temperatures seemingly above 30 from sunrise to sunset, waking into the room was allways a treat. Fair size to the room. Location is great, easy walking distance to Sol and plaza mayor. Neighbourhood is nice and full of good places to eat and drink.

Personal check-in, a nice well equipped small swimming pool - very clean, nice sun beds and shades. A spacious room, complimentary water and comfy bed. Good breakfast choice and nice space to eat.

It exceeded expectations as a 3 star hotel. All staff, from the door to breakfast, to housekeeping, to reception were excellent. The design is fun and feels luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect. Rooftop is excellent - pool and bar…great place to watch the sunset over Madrid with a cocktail!

The staff are very friendly and professional. Estelle who greeted us upon arrival did a fantastic job marking on a paper map interesting sites worth visiting. She patiently gave us directions and recommended nearby restaurants when we asked. Thanks to her, we had a lovely tapas meal at nearby Lamiak, watched a beautiful sunset overlooking the city near the Temple of Debod, and learned that The Prado museum offers free entry after 6 pm. We were able to walk everywhere from the OK Hostel. Their breakfast is a great value at 6 Euros.
