The people working there are super lovely and helpful and were always friendly and available for anything. The steps are a lot but I'm extremely unfit and don't do sport and I managed it fine anyway, if you are a sporty person it will be even easier. I slept like a baby every night, there were many mosquitoes outside but in the tent it wasn't a problem. Also I got a free cat when I arrived that hung out in my tent area and let me pet it a lot I was very sad to leave Bella Baia and would come back again 100000%. The place was perfect for relaxing and forgetting about life stress, the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Francesco and Daniella. Loved the spa, massage, hottub, and wellness atmosphere. Highly recommended and definitely will come again.
