I booked this hotel on behalf of my parents and they loved it, especially the lovely breakfast. It was very close to the station and easy to find, right out of the busy area. I had some desert and coffee with my parents at the cafe before they checked in and I left, and the food was also very well-served and tasty.

The place close to the hills and not far from the sea. The Amazing view on the sea and sunset. The house is lovely, the living room is very nice.

Spotless, the cleaning staff were so thorough. They really made the place! Our room had an amazing view and we could see the sunset over the mountains. Desk staff were alsogreat. The shower/ bathing room was the icing on the cake: the hotel even provided bath salts! Very relaxing hotel!

Stayed here twice, close to the station- comfy beds and good hot showers. Microwave and kettle in common area. New hostel and cheap hence the high score - however stay the first time around was better than second

Hotel was 1 train stop from airport. Lovely new and clean hotel. Very quiet area, 10 min walk to Rinku Park & seafront where we had dinner overlooking the sea and a gorgeous sunset.

The hotel is very beautiful, it has a nice coffee place right in the lobby. The restaurant at the top is very bad though. Breakfast at the restaurant "the veranda" is nothing special. It has a Lawson's in the 4th floor, which is super convenient (with an ATM). The room is pretty small. The location is very nice, lots of restaurants around and close to the Osaka train station (the shinkasen doesn't stop there, but it just one station away from where it does). In general, I'm very happy with our stay there.

The automated checkin is missing any staff at reception. The hotel advertises late checkout but there is no one to arrange the late checkout with. It is missing a personal touch, and it would be nice to have some introduction, as the hotel has a little confusing layout. The breakfast was also subpar in comparison to other hotels. However, still good value for the money. On another hand, the hotel has a nice view of the sea and sunset.
