Friendly staff, clean, good room and facilities. The 40th floor restaurant breakfast buffet was good, and the view of Tokyo and Imperial Palace was amazing. Sky bar was worth a visit to enjoy the sunset, though a touch expensive. It is a large hotel complex, so it took a while to get our bearings. Head for the exit/entrance by Rolls Royce show room for Akasaka Mitsuke Station, which is nearest. Use the underground passageway to hide from heat or rain is another good tip!

Comfy beds, lots of privacy, hot water and microwave available, close to convenience stores and malls. Powerful and hot showers, nice rooftop.

Great sized room for a family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds. Love the seperate bathroom, shower room and toilet. Super practical for a family. Amazing floor to ceiling window with a great view of the sunset and river.

Washing machine with fragrant detergent and dryer. Comfy big beds and spacious space. Kitchen well furnished wigh scissors too. Like that the road below is busy with people walking by (not deserted) and convenience store nearby.

- It is on the Funabori metro station and near a Plaza and the Tower Hall Funabori. It is a must see - the view over Tokio at the sunset is amazing! - The room has every necessary furniture. - You can get amenities and a cup of coffee or tea at the morning.

The property was well maintained and architecturally beautiful. The rooms were well equipped and we loved the touch of fresh bottles of water each day. The rooftop was a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset or appreciate the glittering lights of the SKYTREE. The staff were all very warm and welcoming.

Great Location. Welcoming Entrance - felt like you were returning home at the end of the day. Loved the nightly deserts. Great to be able to open the window. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good
