Beach-side resort. We were here to relax at the end of our holiday and chose the property due to it's relative proximity to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teenagers) and a fridge to keep drinks chilled. Our room was near one of the pools, which closed by sunset so the room was quiet at night. The buffet dinner and Buffet breakfast were good with lots of choices; all fresh and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This is a great guesthouse that is very central and the perfect spot to explore Negombo from. The staff is very nice and professional, and there is a swimming pool that helped us cooling down after walking through the city all day. Breakfast is included and other food and drinks can be ordered for reasonable prices. There were mosquitos in the room, but we had a mosquito net so it was okay.

Spacious light and nicely decorated room. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Everything was spotless clean. Comfortable bed. The tea set is a very nice touch. The pool on the rooftop was big enough to swim laps. Great views of surrounding area including beach, sunrise & sunset. Shops and restaurants close by. Negombo is a bit touristy but a great place to start or finish a trip to Sri Lanka because of its close proximity to the international airport. Looking forward staying again at the ocean breeze appartments.

The hosts were really nice and helpful, and the house was right next to the beach which meant we had a beautiful view of the sunset.

This place is close to the airport, a big nice supermarket is just around the corner. It is quiet and very cosy. The host is super friendly and helpful! And man, hot shower! How happy was I to find it in Sri Lanka.

- 10 minutes drive to the airport - Lagoon view (amazing sunset) - Pick up service - Possibility of early check in - Suraj (a driver) can get you to Sigiriya or other places. He is very good. 10/10 - good value for money

Very nice location (in the street with all the restaurants and coffee places and very close to the katamaran beach). Very comfortable room, with nice A/C and fan over the bed, very comfortable bed with mosquito net and a nice terrace to enjoy the sunset (4th floor). Functional bathroom (only missing soap to wash your hands, but just use the soap from the shower). The staff is really nice and welcoming. Very nice option to stay in Negombo!

Big airy room, very comfy bed with mosquito net, large shower/ toilet. Nice veranda to sit on. Next to the beach, not to far from every thing. Lovely owners.

the room was fabolous. spacious clean and very comfortable beds. the staff incredibly lovely, attentive and helpful. we had dinner and breakfast onsite and the food was absolutely superbe, served by the lovely staff on our veranda table. very calm quiet spot, lovely beach to have a walk and watch the sunset. it was the perfect place to rest and recharge after our long journey to Sri Lanka. they also helped us organise the car for the next leg of our journey and the driver was excellent.
