A classic traditional Norwegian mansion. We had a large room with a verandah. Very pleasant. Quirky, furnished with an amazing multi language book collection. Easy to get to with public transport.

Location in a walking distance to city center. Little but functional kitchen corner. Comfy bed (one of two). Acceptable wifi. Hot shower.

Perfect location if you're coming in from the train station and want to walk around downtown. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of hot and cold options. When we walked in with our suitcases mid-afternoon we were immediately greeted by someone behind the bar who checked us in. We had the tiny room, but we knew that's what we were booking. It worked fine for two nights - we needed a comfortable bed and a hot shower, and it was just that.

Great value and location, very clean, modern decor, comfy bed and hot shower, free coffee machine in kitchen area, beautifully furnished public areas.

The place was even more cozy than I anticipated! I arrived on a cold and dark evening and the owner had switched on the lights inside the house so the place was incredibly welcoming :) Self check-in was easy and the owner was really kind. The bedroom on the third floor was maybe my favourite, beds being so comfy and a beautiful view from the small window. The sunsets seen straight from the windows were an amazing bonus.

Amazing view on the top of Holmenkollen. Surrounded by nature only this is a very quiet place to stay. Will never forget the sunset over the Oslo Fjord. Old sport hotel but renovated - furnitures and design simple but all practicable.

The hospitality and friendliness of the manager who welcomed us. Great view from our room of the lake. The dinning and lounge area was comfortable and inviting with an eclectic look and feel. Very hot shower and heated floor in bathroom. They served dinner and breakfast at the hotel.
