Fantastic property, incredibly clean, welcoming (with Sandy who made every part of our stay so easy), and fantastic breakfast spread. The hot tub was great and we loved the bed! We also loved meeting Benji and will need to come back!

The Shepherd's Rest ligger i Oamaru. Overnatningsstedet ligger 40 km fra Moeraki Boulders og har grillfaciliteter samt gratis privat parkering. Lovely place to stay, just wish we had booked longer than one night! Beautifully decorated and wanted for nothing. So lovely to give the alpacas and sheep a little breakfast when we woke up. Glam Camping Queenstown ligger i Queenstown i regionen Otago og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis privat parkering. This spot is amazing and almost surreal in it’s amazing surroundings. We had their hired chef fix our dinner - highly recommend it. Superb! We wouldn’t change a thing, it was absolutely fabulous.

Everything. It's isolated which is so nice, it felt like we were alone in the forest. We had everything we needed for cooking (other than food, which we brought) and cleaning up and keeping warm. Even though it was somewhat cloudy, we saw so many stars at night and it was amazing. Be careful to bring your trash inside because we heard a bunch of bumping around and night and when we shined the flashlight, there was a possum rummaging around in the kitchen! Thankfully we didn't have anything left outside, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall this was such a great experience, maybe my favorite in our south island trip.
