Mr Salim and his brother Yasir specifically are gentlemen who will always smile ☺️. The people who operate & execute this experience are actually bedouins. Truly wonderful people!!! Special mention to the amazing food that was served. Homely cooked meals met with amazing level of hospitality. I had the best Mishkak here at Moon Light Luxury Camp.

The evening was filled with joy & some dancing! The traditional meals were a culinary delight, providing an authentic taste of Omani cuisine. Camel riding was a unique experience, and meeting a baby camel was a charming highlight. Our guide, Saeed, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, ensuring our experience was both educational and enjoyable. The camp’s commitment to providing an authentic Bedouin experience, from the traditional accommodations to the cultural activities, made our stay truly special.

Hosts are kind, humble and very helpful. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. Location is perfect among the dunes. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Wildlife was everywhere

The place is absolutely beautiful — right in the middle of the dunes, super peaceful and perfect for watching the sunset and the stars at night. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, and everything was really well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was Ali — he’s such a kind and genuine host! He made us feel completely at home. If you want a real desert experience with great vibes and an awesome host, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely come back one day!

A recently renovated luxury tent in Bidiyah, Desert Diamond Private Camp offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. The luxury tent features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Great location, service, food, transport to camp. This is how you do the business! Owner and other employees were kind, helpful and told us about omani culture and history. Tents were really comfy, bedsheets clean and the second smaller tent with bathroom was as well really well equipped. Muscat International Airport is 199 km from the property. We really loved this experience! It's only us who been in camp, so we felt special. We ordered shuttle service (it's expensive given the fact that distance is small), dune bashing - it was really cool!, camel sunset ride (I agree with all reviewers that price is high for such activity) but we really loved it! Dinner was exceptional! bad is comfy and nice! Salim was our driver and we enjoyed his company (his english can be better though)

Situated in Bidiyah in the Al Sharqiyah region, Rashid Desert Private Camp has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Rashid is an amazing host and so kind hearted. The location is very isolated from the other camps and right behind the last dunes for an amazing view into the desert. Food was very good and plenty available. We also did the camel training camp visit which was very interesting with Rashid‘s explanation. Dune bashing with sunset was also very entertaining.

The hospitality and warmth of the people here takes all the credit. The tents were good and had comfortable beds. Very well setup. The food was good especially the morning Kadak chai. It was a very good stay and experience. Special mentions to Badar who was such a fun guy. He also took us for a drift in his 4x4. He is a very happy jolly person. Very good host.
