Stefan and Cassi were great during my stay, whether it was just having a chat, needing some supplies or a lift they were more than happy to help out. The dome itself was spacious, clean and had heating, cooling and great beds. The facilities were stellar as well and well maintained.

The service from all the staff was impeccable! The room was amazing and had the best view of Mount Fuji. The onsen and toilet facilities were great and not far from the room. The breakfast was the best…great value for money and had a good variety of food.

Just bring food to BBQ, and quick cooking food such as cup noodles, pizzas, bread, milk, coffee... 4 bunk beds, 2 sofe beds, 2 baths and 1 toilet. BBQ pit set up right on our verandah. Privacy. Staying at THE DOOR was awesome! The free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station made getting there and back super easy. The camping-style rooms and spotless facilities felt special, and the vending machine on the site was a nice touch. The view from the terrace is amazing, and grilling on the BBQ at Fuji’s foot with friends was a blast. The e-bikes are so handy for zip-ping around town without parking worries. Staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, there’s a 24-hour Lawson next door and lots of restaurants and a pharmacy close by. Highly recommend!

Good place for camping and more suitable if you have a car. It is a very good camping site, with bbq equipment, therefore they don’t offer or sell cooking materials so you would need to prepare it before coming to the camp site. Convenient store is not close and it takes about 30 mins to walk there and another 30 minutes to walk back. So recommend to bring it before or come with a car.
