On arrival staff at reception guided us to where to park our car, very friendly and helpful. Hotel location excellent, exceeded our expectations. Room overlooking an unobstructed sandy beach sea view and marina. Room very clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Will be back as we should have stayed for a longer period. Highly recommend it

Location was good, close to beach and very clean

The location is right on the beach, the hotel has been renovated very stylishly and is very clean. The breakfast was amazing; locally sourced, fresh and organic ingredients grown and made by the owner Unai and his brother. Unai himself, was extremely friendly and welcoming to our family, he made us feel very at home there and relaxed. We will definitely be returning with our family to see Unai and his staff again soon.

Spacious open plan apartment. Very comfortable, with very good fixtures and fittings and kept very clean. The location at the eastern edge of Bakio was excellent and was an easy walk into the town and to the beach.

Online check in with details & instructions of how to access the apartment sent in advance. No hassle with codes. Beautiful room, very clean with a lovely bathroom and a good shower. Ideal central location (30min taxi to airport) - could wander around the city or hop on the metro to the beach

Very nice and quiet location immersed in nature and 10 minutes away from the beach. The room was very clean and spacious. The house have a beautiful backyard perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The owners were very nice, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
