We were looking for a peaceful spot in nature to escape the noise and busyness of the city—and this place truly delivered. It had everything we needed, including thoughtful basics like salt, coffee, tea, and even milk, so we didn’t have to bring much at all. We haven’t slept that well in a long time. A perfect little retreat!

Not far from York city but far enough to be away from all the noise. The site itself was peaceful and quiet. Pod was lovely and clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower blocks were great and spotless as was the kitchen area. We would definitely return if we come back up this way.

The fields were amazing for the dog he loved running around chasing his ball.

The lodge was superb, everything we needed. One of the best places we have stayed. Tony was so welcoming and made us feel at home.

Cow Close Camping Pods tem vista do jardim, acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito em Leyburn, a 30 km de Parque Temático Lightwater Valley. A lovely place, the owners met us as we arrived and opened up the pod. Very clean and tidy site. There was everything needed including a microwave, kettle, drinks sachets and milk. Washing facilities were clean and maintained, with outdoor sinks for pots. I loved the way the beds could be put together to make a larger sleeping area, ample for two adults and one child in one pod. The location was great for Leyburn, Beadle and the Wensleydale creamery which we visited. We would definitely return! Thank you for our stay X .
