Jagdish temple is 22 km from the campground, while Bagore ki Haveli is 22 km away. Maharana Pratap Airport is 37 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. We had the most amazing few days at Dera Baghdarrah. The food was the best we ate in all of Udaipur, and had plentiful vegan options upon our request. The tents were spacious, comfortable and well furnished, complete with hot water and electrical ports! I was a bit unsure as the payment method (razor pay) was not one that is used in the uk, however, it worked absolutely fine. They also recommended a taxi driver, who was punctual and friendly, with reasonable rates. The best part of our stay had to be the beautiful setting, and incredible people. The walks, jeep safari and zip line were a great way to see the reserve as well as some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Naveen‘s impressive knowledge of the local area and wildlife (especially the birds!) made our trip really special and we learned lots. We enjoyed interesting fireside chats with Pankaj, who also provided us with lots the information before the trip, and recommendations for what to do in Udaipur after. The rest of the staff were also really helpful and cooked up great meals. This experience was the highlight of our two week trip to udaipur and we can’t recommend it enough!

The combination of luxury and authentic Rajasthani hospitality made our visit truly exceptional. The tents were spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing desert experience. The evening was magical with a bonfire, traditional Rajasthani folk performances, and delicious local cuisine. The team’s warm and attentive service added a personal touch that made us feel so welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful and cultural escape in the heart of the desert, Winds Desert Camp is a must-visit!

Our stay at Red Velvet Desert Camp was an absolute highlight of our trip to Jaisalmer. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by their well kept desert landscaping and the warm hospitality of the camp staff. The staff was very communicative leading up to our arrival and continued to go above and beyond to make things wonderful for us. They were flexible in arranging a morning camel ride and the jeep dune ride at sunset. Our tent was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean linens. The camp was well-maintained and clean. The food was truly delicious. The camel ride through the dunes on morning was an unforgettable experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Rajasthani music and folk dance performance over a bonfire. We highly recommend Red Velvet Desert Camp to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable desert experience. Outstanding experience highly recommended

Fateh Safari Resort by Fateh Collection features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Kumbhalgarh, a few steps from Kumbalgarh Fort. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. Wow, this hotel is incredible. Just as grand as the pictures but even warmer and cosier in person. The lovely staff upgraded us to suite with plunge pool which was the biggest treat. The sunset and sunrise views from balcony are unmatched and the interiors of the room were finished to perfection. Thank you to the staff at Fateh Suites for the most memorable stay of our trip. We wish we could have stayed longer!
