The staff was super friendly and we did a tour with Salah through the feather's canyon. We learned a lot and had a great time on the tour and in the camp itself. Food was delicious and the dinner is great especially with the view over the canyon and the stars above.

Therefore you really get the Jordanian culture experience! Host provided a guide to take us around Dana nature reserve. Highly recommend this. No real restaurant facilities in Dana so I would request that the Hobbit Village provide lunch/dinner.

Just 1 km from the Ottoman village of Dana and the start of the Wadi Dana Trail, the camp overlooks Wadi Dana and the Dana Nature Reserve. A unique place. So much better than Dana village. It is quite a climb (but they can pick you up), but so worth it! Food is so amazing, prepared by local women in the village nearby, staff the most helpful ever, sunset beautiful, amazing views, and family vibe. I could stay for days!

It was cold but we were perfectly comfortable in the tent with blankets. The fire and tea in the communal tent just perfect.
