"We had an overall fantastic experience at the place, thoroughly enjoying our time surrounded by nature. However, we must admit that we felt a bit nervous in the forest due to the lack of cell phone coverage and power supply, which meant we only had lights available. Additionally, the nights were slightly unsettling because of the strong winds, making it difficult for us to sleep well. Nevertheless, the incredible encounter with nature made it all worthwhile!"

I have no words to express my feelings at this property Cascading River, just offering mind relaxing feeling . Excellent service, very clean rooms, delicious food . Please don’t forget to try Srilankan rice and curry menu for your one meal. Dilini is an amazing host, she recommended us nice spots in Knuckles Forrest Reserve. I would definitely recommend to stay in Matale for more than 1 night and visit Knuckles as much as possible, the nature is really beautiful (although good to have a driver or a car to visit all the spots). Also, the room was very clean with all the needed facilities. Special thank you to Dilini for making a delicious cappuccino during the breakfast!

Everything was perfect. There is plenty of parking space. The owner is very clear with the prices and directions. If something was discussed before the visit, it won't change. The caretaking staff was very professional and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing, and there were several curries. The building and the garden are kept very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the washrooms were very clean. The location itself is calm and serene. Highly recommended. There's enough room for 14 people at once.
