Staff was incredibly welcoming and helped a lot already with planning the whole trip, including arranging pickup and drop off after the stay and arranging a safari day trip. They were very flexible especially regarding our kids wishes and changes in plan from our side. We all loved it and will definitely come back again.

The rooms are simple, clean and functional, good place for sleeping, while in front there is a terasse for eating, chatting or simply rest and watch the ocean. Situated in Yala, less than 1 km from Situlpawwa, Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. Beautiful stay that transported me away to nature. The camp was stunning, with amazing outdoor meals, wonderful trails, and comfortable and well appointed tents. Beyond the site itself, everyone there was so caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. The safari was AMAZING- fun, educational, and we were lucky enough to spot a leopard and even a jungle cat. This is thanks to a keen eye and ability to know where to go, which was also away from the really busy sites so it felt much more private and enjoyable than expected.

Big Game Yala - by Eco Team is located on the edge of Yala National Parks, a 20-minute drive from the Katagamuwa park entrance. This is a very well run camp close to Yala NP. We stayed in a family tent which was great with two tents joined together and plenty of space. Dinner is outside around a fire, which is very atmospheric. Nice small details with tasty afternoon tea and some activities such as basketball and badminton. Great place to stay, with excellent staff.

Beautiful one night stay where we very much enjoyed the complimentary afternoon walk where we saw monkeys, monitor lizards, peacocks, crocodiles snd some incredible birds with our guides being so knowledgable and informative. The evenings meal under the nights sky could not have been more beautiful and our tents were super comfy. It was a very special experience and as a family we loved it and will be back. A big thank you goes out to the team for taking such good care of us.

The location is absolutely spectacular. Most definitely the most scenic view we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Its also very private and we had the beach and dunes virtually to ourselves and the other couple that were in the Dune camp. The food and the service was great. The tents are a bit dated, but the beds are very comfortable and all have nets. This is not super luxury but the price is also much less than the super luxury campsites. We would highly recommend this place. They also arranged the safari for us. We have heard horror stories re the jeep drivers at Yala but the driver they arranged was very good and mindful of not disturbing the wildlife.
