Everything is beautifully decorated, and you truly feel like you’re in paradise. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell he’s not doing this for the money, but because he genuinely enjoys meeting people. It’s easy to have great conversations with him – he has so many interesting stories to share. And the food … simply perfect! 😋 It was honestly the best meal we’ve had on our trip.

He also had bicycles available for rent. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. Just remember this is an off grid situation with mosquito nets on the beds and it will exceed your expectations. The jungle is so beautiful. It’s really lovely and dark at night.

The remote location takes a little preparation but the hosts provided super helpful information and we arrived late at night in the dark with no problem at all.

I was a bit nervous about staying in the middle of the jungle in open air but it was the highlight of our trip. Such a cozy treehouse with a private mini pool on the main level. The dogs slept in the treehouse on the main level and made us feel super welcome and safe! We learned how to make tortillas over the fire for our meal, and I just can’t say enough about how cool this was. Absolutely stunning.
