At the campground, units are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. The campsite is located about 35 minutes from Sesriem gate, and is very tidy, clean. Each campsite has its own little house with shower, bathroom, and kitchen area. They provide fire to warm up the water for the shower. It has electricity and you can park underneath to have coverage in case of wind. There is a little store and wifi! The owner is really lovely!

The campground also features outdoor fireplace and a picnic area for a day out in the open. Absolutely superb experience- our tented home opened every morning to a stunning African savanna vista. We had a waterhole on our doorstep, where we were able to see wild horses frolicking as the sunset. Sunrise, sunset and the sky of stars are something to behold. Camp Gecko provides a quiet space to absorb the beauty of Africa and Namibian. It is close enough to Solitaire, your one dtoo for all but also far enough to truly experience the African bush. Staff were amazing and their varied braai packs were greatly appreciated. A cannot recommend Camp Gecko enough. We will be back.

They have 7 camping sites in 2 different areas and both areas have a swimming pool, in addition to the main swimming pool you can find at the reception. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Every dinner they have something different cooked the same day: the Lamb Stew was terrific! Highly recommended 💪🏼

Wonderful place in the bush, far from the nearest neighbor, we felt like the last humans on earth. Hot water, hot shower, all facilities well equipped, great braai. A true gem!

Located in Sesriem, 49 km from Sesriem Canyon, Neuhof Portion 2 Campsite features barbecue facilities. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and quiet street. Great location about 40 minutes from the gates at Sesriem. We were the only ones here and good facility
