Very well looked after, good all around!

We were also able to buy meat for a spontaneous braai and received a lot of helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Very well located for visiting Sossusvlei. One of our favorite campsites on our roadtrip.

Se oferă la locație parcare privată.... Camp Gecko is one of the best memories of our trip! The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

At Kronenhof Campsites se află la 22 km de Duwisib Castle și are un restaurant, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și un lounge comun. Se oferă la locație parcare privată. I was at one of the private campsites. Beautifully designed and built with everything an overlander could want. Absolutely superb! Sites well spaced with about 400m between sites. Highly recommended.

Beautiful sky at night. Not bad swimming pool. Relatively close to deadvlei.gas station and small shop 100m from campgrounds.

Very beautiful campsite. It's about 5 km from the lodge and reception wich makes it even better. We were the only ones there. So there is nothing else but the beautiful nature and animals. A giraffe crossed the street when we drove from the reception to the campsite. And you can see the stars very good because there's no other light in the surrounding. Nice clean sanitair with hot shower.

Neuhof Portion 2 Campsite se află în Sesriem și pune la dispoziție vedere la grădină, precum și facilități de grătar. Fiecare unitate beneficiază de o terasă cu vedere la munte. The camp is perfect for a quiet stay, has great facilities - clean with hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, ready to accommodate and even supporting when we were surprised in the night by the visit of an oryx(!). Highly recommend.
