We had a problem with our rental car and they put us up another night, no problem at all. Special mention to the manager, Martiens. He kept us company all day while our car was getting fixed and took us up the hills to view the sunset each night as it sets over the golden grass. Do yourself a favour and stay here, the grounds are beautiful, the staff so helpful and friendly. It was a real highlight in our time in Namibia.
