I will begin with Iris, the owner and the host. What a lovely lady she is. Warm, welcoming, considerate, caring, ready to share her knowledge about the immediate area as well as further afield. We felt properly at home and looked after from the moment we arrived. Iris makes your stay comfortable effortlessly. She is a lady of a house, the nicest possible, and emanates all the positive energy onto her guests. Iris is full of life and full of smile. Will engage if her guests prefer and will remain in the background if that is what they want. Now onto the property. The location near the fjord is absolutely exceptional. Despite few other properties/ camp sites being there this one is different. Located on an elevated plateau, accessible with a tiny effort, rewards its guests with views of an exceptional quality which no photos can do justice. One simply has to visit and take the experience with them. The mountains, painted by the sun rays, which surround the fjord made us want to go out and breathe, all that power of nature, in. Regrettably, we only stayed there for two nights so to return is our dream. As, it was and will be, of many visitors, I am sure.

The cabin was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It was a wonderful experience to have breakfast while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The host was so kind and turned on the electric heater for us early. He was so friendly, and his dog was super cute! Thank you so much!

New and modern building with amazing view everything was clean and the staff was very nice great value for money in fact I would say for what you are getting is very cheap compared to other places in Norway
