Location is only 5-7 minutes from restaurants and shops, but being off the main road, it better suits guests with a vehicle (a car or motorbike) although taxi can be called. Don't expect the amenities of a luxury hotel, but if you look for a comfortable, quiet and beautiful place from which to explore, Po Sampao is probably the best you can get in the area.

Extremely cute bungalows, just opened a month ago! Staff goes out of their way to help you with activities and anything else you need. A better view in khao sok doesn't exist.

Wasana is an incredibly sweet and genuine woman, she is happy to help with literally anything and her cooking skills are absolutely exquisite. Unfortunately, something went wrong with our booking; we booked a cabin for three people but when we arrived, she apologized for it not being available. But she immediately offered a very comfortable tent. And we could join dinner immediately after arriving. In the end, the tent was probably nicer than the cabin..! They are also very helpful with finding a tour or activity. For example, they offered our friend a private jungle hike, and for us she found two seats on the lake tour even though it was already fully booked online. Jack, one of the employees, became something of a friend to us. He helped us with everything and he was the guide accompanying our friend in the jungle. Overall, this was a hidden gem with lovely people that make you feel right at home.

This new hotel is slightly off the beaten path, but still very easy to access. That's a good thing, as its surroundings are very quiet and pretty. The room was luxurious and very cosy, and the common grounds of the hotel are essentially a beautiful garden. Best was the staff and especially the manager who was extremely attentive and helpful and proactively offered me plenty of extra goodies! I would come back without hesitation!

The service is amazing, the breakfasts was delicious and the bed was really comfortable. I thought it may be too warm, but the fan in the tent kept us at a perfect temperature for this time of year!

The food was outstanding, all homemade with incredible flavors that made every meal special. And of course, the setting itself is breathtaking: peaceful views of the river and mountains, surrounded by pure nature and silence. It was an extraordinary escape, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the farmstay staff for creating such a magical and unforgettable experience.
