The staff was responsive, helpful, and spoke good English. The room we were given at first didn't have a functioning TV, fan, and the light near the door, but the staff offered to move us to a new and better room. Everything was working there. Location was near to the beach, a convenience store and some well-known eateries. They didn't have breakfast in their own hotel, but gave us breakfast vouchers at a restaurant just two shops away from the hotel. The breakfast there was alright. For the price we paid, the hotel was quite clean.

The location of the hotel is very close to the My Khe beach. Two minutes walk. A true royal hotel. Very clean and decent room. Breakfast was OK. Not much of choice. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The downside was there was only one young girl who was available at the hotel when we checked in at about 9PM. So bringing our luggage up the stairs to the reception was very difficult for us as being a elderly couple. There was no one to help us. I wish there is some one available at nights.

The location is great: just a few steps away from the beach, and close to many convenience stores, restaurants (I'd recommend Com Tam Ut Van), cafes (Paris Levain), and even a nice gym with AC (Lucia Gym). Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious enough and clean enough. The cost is very affordable.

Value for money. Good location by the beach. Very clean room.

Flexibility in time. Near beach, and convenience store. Quiet place.

Facilities are excellent, staffs are excellent, personal and very clean beach, relaxing place, could stays as a family all day at hotel, will come again next time

The ultimate reason I love my stay was because its just across the My Khe Beach. Crossing the street and you will arrived at the beach. Breathtaking view. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Toilet and bathtub was very clean. Just take note the breakfast provided is not halal certified but still theres option available such as bread toasts and fruit cuts and salads. The staff were super friendly. The location was amazing. Walking distance to multiple convenience stores and restaurants and even pharmacy. Such a win.

Very clean and comfy. Facilties and furnitures were new and neat. Bathrooms were clean and modern, there was hot water (not always the case where we have been in Vietnam). Staff were welcoming and accommodating. 2 K-markets (convenience stores) quite close. And the beach was 5-10min walk. We got a very good experience overall.

Very friendly staff and the room was very clean. We asked if they could decorate your room since it´s was our honeymoon trip and they did! Breakfast was also good with a variety of vietnamese and western food. The hotel is near the beach and convenience store which is nice. Overall, very happy with our stay at Pavilion Hotel.
