It's a fancier "pod" hotel, and everyone was top quality (or I guess standard quality for Japanese standards). Everything was clean, and the pod was well designed with a separate luggage department. The common area is nice as well. Staff were helpful and courteous. It's got everything you need for a reasonable price. I would recommend (solo travelers) to anyone to give a try :)

The hostel is great. Close to Ueno station, 2 different conbinis a block away, and a couple restaurants as well. They have free umbrellas if it rains. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and even sunscreen. The common area is comfortable, there are desks to work and coffee tables to eat and relax. There is a washing and a drying machine, that work with coins. (The drying machine lasts 30min and in my case that was not enough to dry my clothes.) There are male and female rooms. They have a shoes locker and a designated space for luggage. The capsule was spacious, warm, and has a small ventilation system a light, a safe and a hanger. Mattress and pillow were all right.

Love all their facilities like onsen, free flow drinks, soup and rice provided all the time, massage chair and etc. I booked here as my last night accommodation before leaving Japan, and it definitely is a great stay as I can just chill and relax whole day over here. Easy check-in and check-out.
