It's an awesome place when you're in need of a short rest and/or freshen up near the airport. Staffs were very accommodating even when they're up during the wee hours of the morning. I asked one of them if they could wake me up and they kindly did. Also, the reviews were true, they'll give you an apple which is very nice gesture. They room space is big enough and doesn't feel like you're in a coffin at all. It contains one small pillow and a blanket. If you're not used to small pillows, it's best to bring a bag filled with clothes or a neck pillow to elevate your head. They offer towels for bathing and a moisturizing liquid soap inside the showers. They also offer rides going to the airport with the same price as Grab which is better since you don't need to wait for a booking. The area has a lot of places to eat and buy stuffs. I asked the Grab driver if booking a car is gonna be an issue during late hours and he said there's a lot of Grab drivers in the area some of which also stay at Bangau to take a quick rest.

have a bit of miscommunication with the staff but the staff were really fast to respond and help. I would say the accommodation is so so and is just really recommended for those travelling solo/ backpackers who doesn’t really mind with small space with cheaper pricee! overall very good experience with the staff and all:))

Clean bed. fluffy pillows. They give toothbrush/paste, earplugs and slippers. Location - near the check in counters - right above international departure level 3M. 24/7 reception. Yes, you will have to use the public toilet but it was not a problem for me. It was quiet in the room, and they gave me a corner bed with plenty of space for my luggage - had a good sleep, just exactly what I needed.
