Overall, my stay at citymax was a mixed bag. While the building had a charming old-world feel, the lack of washroom slippers and the noisy bed were disappointing. Additionally, toiletries were not provided as expected. However, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient. It's a 50/50 experience – some aspects were enjoyable, but improvements are needed for a more comfortable stay."

Location is very convenient, staff is friendly and helpful, room's size very good, and very clean and Hotel located in heart of Sharjah. However, parking available at any time you arrived.

Very nice hotel and facilities, friendly staff and amazing food offer! We got the room earlier than the original check-in time was, which was really helpful. Everything for super clean, the location is convenient if you want to visit either Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Ajman as well (everything possible by bus or taxi). A lot of restaurants and shops also available nearby. If we had the opportunity to visit Sharjah again in the future, we would definitely choose this hotel!

The staff are so friendly, clean and nice place for the certain class and budget. The location is near to Ajman’s beach.

The accommodation was pleasant, and the amenities were of good quality. The air conditioning and bed were fine. The check-in procedure went well with friendly staff who are available to assist. TV is great and overall fittings and furnishings are decent. Not a lot of sound from the main street. Restaurants and cafes are not far away from this location. Grocery and laundry shops are close by which is very convenient. Getting a taxi is also rather easy.

This was my second stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were simple and convenient. It's in a quiet and clean part of Sharjah. Easy access and close to Dubai and Ajman. Beach and water is close by.
