The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole staff in the front desk, the restaurant and in the housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. Their smiles lit up the hotel. The location was great. The hotel was located next to a shopping center with a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. The bank of China's just opposite the hotel had ATMs, that accepted foreign credit or debit cards. This made it very convenient for us.

The friendly staff and security, along with the ideal location near the computer district and subway stations, make it a great choice for both business travelers and tourists.

The staff were very friendly, the location right around the corner from the metro station was extremely convenient, the location meant quite a few tourist attractions were less than half an hour on the metro. The room was a very good size for one person and was clean with fresh towels supplied daily. The breakfast buffet had many options. There was also a free to use laundry room.

We had a great stay at Yunying. The rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly staff, convenient location.

I'd rate my stay at the Felicity Hotel as 12+ but the system doesn't allow more than 10. Very convenient location - 5 min walk from Luohu border crossing, metro station and shopping mall. Friendly and competent staff are always ready to help with any problem. A huge room equipped with everything that guests may need: kettle with tea and coffee, ironing equipment, safebox, even umbrella and needles and threads. Perfect breakfast with a large selection of dishes. 24/7 7-eleven store on the ground floor if you need to buy something.
