It can be a downside since some people go through their luggage at weird times but earplugs can solve this problem. Capsule was nice and comfy, bathroom and shower room great, plus big sauna. Lounge is nice. Only downside you can't stay in the capsule during cleaning time 10-16, but i was always out at that time so i didn't mind, still you can use lounge during the cleaning time.
