It offers compact yet functional units with a USB port and a shared lounge. Guests can enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is available. The cube was great, clean spacious & comfortable. The luggage storage space under the cube was very practical as that the small lockable box inside the cube. Toilets were clean and modern. It was great to have new towels and pyjamas/ toothbrush provided. The location was great it is very close to Kuramae station and walking distance to Sensojii temple.

They hotel is awesome, I cannot confirm any of the critical reviews. The Onsen with sauna is great, very clean and being taken care of constantly by the very hard working staff. I stayed on one Saturday night when the hotel was fully booked. Still neither reception not Onsen or bathrooms felt crowded. Check-in was fast and smooth. The capsule was very well designed, well air conditioned and comfortable. I had a capsule on the 3rd floor far away from the doors to toilet or stairs, so very quiet. The common spaces are quite spacious and there were extra locks for large luggage. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everything extremely clean. I almost didn't book this place because of some critical reviews but I'm very happy I booked it and would have liked to stay longer. Absolutely recommended, the price is unbeatable for the location and the service and comfort.

The property is 6.2 km from the city centre and 400 metres from Ryukoku-ji Temple. The hostel is great. Close to Ueno station, 2 different conbinis a block away, and a couple restaurants as well. They have free umbrellas if it rains. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and even sunscreen. The common area is comfortable, there are desks to work and coffee tables to eat and relax. There is a washing and a drying machine, that work with coins. (The drying machine lasts 30min and in my case that was not enough to dry my clothes.) There are male and female rooms. They have a shoes locker and a designated space for luggage. The capsule was spacious, warm, and has a small ventilation system a light, a safe and a hanger. Mattress and pillow were all right.

Great service, beda are so comfortable ( especially pillow), I am 190 and I fit just fine. They provide everything for you, from pajamas and shower gels to hair blowers and slippers. Great location, price is great… simply loved it and will stay there again if I travel to Tokyo once again.
