From the very first day to the last, everything was absolutely wonderful. This is my first time in Japan, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment was memorable. They provided excellent amenities, including affordable SIM cards, free Wi-Fi, complimentary water and coffee, and clean, modern restrooms with a traditional Japanese touch. The showers were spotless and well-equipped with free toothbrushes, bath towels for face and body, and laundry facilities (300 yen for washing and 100 yen for drying). They even offered a currency exchange machine with great rates. What truly stood out and made this experience unforgettable was the traditional Japanese dance performance by a local artist, accompanied by an English-speaking guide who explained the meaning behind the dance and answered our questions. This unique touch is something I’ve never encountered in any other hostel. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and for creating such special memories. Arigato gozaimasu 🙏

You don’t need to find a hotel, otel or any capsul. 9h has all what you need. Cheap, high quality, internet and all stuff they give to you. So i recommend if you are alone.

Close to Ueno station, 2 different conbinis a block away, and a couple restaurants as well. They have free umbrellas if it rains. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and even sunscreen. The common area is comfortable, there are desks to work and coffee tables to eat and relax. There is a washing and a drying machine, that work with coins. (The drying machine lasts 30min and in my case that was not enough to dry my clothes.) There are male and female rooms. They have a shoes locker and a designated space for luggage. The capsule was spacious, warm, and has a small ventilation system a light, a safe and a hanger. Mattress and pillow were all right.
