The cabañas maria hau are very recommendable! Everything was very clean, just as it appeared in the pictures. The 4 cottages come with a well equipped kitchen and are hidden in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a lot of shade and privacy for each terrace. I was very glad that the windows are protected with moskito protection screens, so that we had no problems with flys or moskitos! Maria was so helpful with all questions we had at any time of the day. Additionally they picked us up and brought us to the airport. They even organised a guided tour for us from one day to the other, calling all guides they knew. We just felt like part of their family! I would defenitely come back to this beautiful gem on the isla de pascua!!!! Thank you so much Maria and Laura!

The best possible stay in Rapa Nui, in a privileged area overlooking the sea and with very well-kept surrounding gardens. Fidji's friendliness and attention to detail made the stay memorable, and it was a privilege to spend the days in Kona Koa. The lodge can be easily accessed by car, and is very quiet and reserved.

Great staff, enjoyed the pool as it can get hot, very relaxing. You may want to rent a car or take taxis as it is a longer walk into the center.

The Cabanas Te Maori is ideally located just a short walk from the stores and restaurants of the main street. It is fully equipped if you wish to cook your own meals. The owner, Patricia, goes the extra mile to care for all possible needs, from help with booking tours to advice about the island. We very much enjoyed our 8 nights at the Cabanas and hope to return another year.

The location is perfect — the best views to admire the incredible sunset and the seaviews, a bit outside of the noisy bars and activities in the village. The hosts are absolutely lovely, help you with everything, including arranging guides and car rental. Really the most fantastic place, super clean room, and the common kitchen was really handy. I was here for Christmas and Ximena had even left me a little Christmas present as a surprise. Absolutely fantastic <3. I would definitely come back.
