I've been trying to come here for 4 yrs and finally made it. The hotel and location do not disappoint. It is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and the staff are nothing but nice and helpful.

Rustic cabin in a gorgeous private nature reserve (with UNESCO Biosphere status). It was a really privilege to be staying inside the reserve, with accept to hiking trails, huge wild waterfalls, beautiful temperate rainforest, fascinating organic architecture. I enjoyed learning about the vision of the founders of the Huilo Huilo Reserve and to see how it has worked out 2 decades on.

I liked that the standard rooms had a view of the forest and was confortable! The restaurant had great options and the drinks were good. The passage to the waterfalls were great to stroll around the area
