Thank you Patrick and Nico for being so hospitable and nice and solving the problem with our bookings! Our cabin was cosy and comfortable and the one dinner we had was really good. We brought our own food for our other meals and breakfast and that worked fine. Next time we’ll come, Nico will certainly have learnt how to pronounce Lago Nordenskjöld correctly. 🤗

Such a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe and spectacular views of the Torres del Paine massif, the Rio Serrano and the horses! You even have views from the shower. Thank you to the lovely, friendly staff (Pia & Camila especially) and also to Diego who took us on a full day tour of the park which was just incredible! PS the photos on booking.com need updating!

I didn't expect so comfortable stay so close to Torres del Paine. The cabin was well equiped, air conditioned and clean. Lovely surroundings with view to the mountains. There was parilla to use, loundry service, and a lot of space to leave a car.

It is the most beautiful and cosiest hotel at the end of the world that you can imagine. Several wooden cabins in the Nordic style, several rooms in the main house and a big living and dining area with wood burner for everybody. Very personal, you feel like being at home, all food is sourced locally and is of exceptional quality, sustainability in every aspect is of utmost importance. Carolina is very friendly and helpful, provides valuable information about tours and organises whatever is required. Nothing is too big or too small for her. She is passionate about her hotel which opened in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. What an amazing project! Horses and chicken roam freely in the garden including the orchard. Humans and animals share the apples, gooseberries, etc. It is truly like in paradise!
