such a beautifully quiet spot of the edge of the craziness of Manizales. the room was perfect, the bed comfortable and the showers hot. the view over the valley was incredible! breakfast was adequate and tasty. staff were all lovely and helpful. also secure parking for motorcycles

We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the rainforest which was awesome. Beds comfy and great showers! Food was excellent value for money and perfect for the long days out birding. Guides are excellent.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Beautifully surroundings. Very peaceful and comfortable. More importantly, the host Carolina, Daniel and the team were amazing. Would highly recommend the place to anyone travelling to Manizales. Selva, Carbon and Gaya were amazing too!

Hacienda Guayabal welcomed us when we arrived pretty late and treated us very warmly. We had an odontological emergency that Jorge solved by making an urgent appointment with a trusted professional he knew of. We took the Coffee Tour to learn how little we knew about coffee. We also spent some hours watching hummingbirds.
