This accommodation is absolutely stunning! We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay. The space is incredibly spacious, cozy, and impeccably maintained. This is a forest hut lodge indeed, on the cacao farm. Pictures reflect it well. What is not seen on the pics is the spotless cleanness and the hospitability. Huts are modern and well equipped. Fine chocolate drinks, good brekky. Recommended.

Johnny was the best host that you can imagine. He knows a lot about animals and is very helpful. He recommends nice places where you can do activitys around the area. Especially the night tour and the cacao tour are very nice. The hotel has a small garden with a lots of animals. You can see tucans and frogs around the area. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is very good. This place is definitely an recomendation. It was the nicest place where we have been so far in Costa Rica.

everything. It starts with the awesome hospitality of Cecile and Eric. Everyone is so nice and kind. Then there is the rich, very special and always fresh breakfast each morning which gets you started for a fun packed day. You have so many opportunities to do in the area, like Tenorio with Rio Celeste or a night jungle tour and many more. But you can also just stay on the finca grounds and explore. There we have seen tons of different birds (including 3 types of toucans) as well as white faced monkeys. The cabins have a really high standard and nothing was missing. Cecile provided us with the best tips were we could have a great dinner. Our whole family never wanted to leave - It was our last stop on our trip but we couldn’t have chosen a better place.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay with Elliot and Mark. The hosts are so helpful and we’ve got many information of the nature, culture and history of Costa Rica. Loved this place, the staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. The hanging bridges were well maintained... and wow! Saw an assortment of animals and birds right outside the lodge 😁

This lodge is surrounded by a natural trail that leads to Miravalles Volcano and Bijagua River. It arranges horse-riding, fishing and bird-wathing activities, as well as shuttle services.
