The hosts were wonderful! It felt like staying at your cool Uncle & Aunt's :D They completely organized our rafting trip (Rio Pacuare), cooked dinner, prepared breakfast and were overall super welcoming and helpful. I can definitely recommend them and the beautiful place they call home. PS: Mark, you were right about the monkeys ;)

Perfect location. Not in the city center and all around is nature, you can just go out and walk. Stunning view from all the windows in the room. Large and luxurious apartment, bedroom in one room and living room and kitchen in the second room. Everything is beautiful wood. They also have a travel agency so we booked everything through them and it was very convenient. Ronland helped us with everything we needed. Including things unrelated to what we booked through him. You can eat local food at their place.

Marjorie and the owner were very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful last day in Costa Rica, even though it rained. The location of the lodge is fantastic and you have a wonderful view of the mountains. The last 4 km to the lodge are on a gravel road. However, it can be done with a normal car, it just takes a little longer. We say thank you 😊

Such a lovely and quiet place! The room is located on the floor below the floor of the owner. The room is very spacious, clean and the bed is comfy. The patio just in front of the room has a very nice view. You can use the kitchen of the owner if you want, they are very comfortable with it so it doesn't feel like you are disturbing them. The owner and his wife are very friendly people and they absolutely make you feel at home. The place is absolutely worth the little bit steep route to get there!
